It’s time for a Project Spotlight! Join SMPS for a very special Insider's Panel discussion and Tour of the new “Terra at the Grove” Development!
Terra At The Grove is a $60.2 million Fitwel certified, mixed-use development that consists of 307-unit apartments located at 4500-4540 Swan Avenue one block south of Manchester Avenue near the Cortex Innovation District and BJC/WashU medical campus. Units will be a mix of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom options, along with four levels of secure garage parking. Additional amenities include a 52,000 SF courtyard and pool, walking/bike paths, bike storage/bike repair area, dog park and pet washing stations, electric car charging stations, a business center, outdoor elevated terraces, barbeque areas, club and movie rooms, game room, convenience store, a social/demonstration kitchen, fitness and yoga studios, on-site remote working areas, playground, and privately leased office spaces. Green Street Real Estate Ventures is the developer, with Green Street Building Group managing construction, with architecture by Rosemann and Associates and interior design with O’Toole Design Associates. Construction will be complete in June 2022.

Policies
Substitution Policy
Any substitution to a Member exclusive event will be charged a $100 fee.
Walk-in Policy
To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all attendees, anyone who registers after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 walk-in fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48-hours/2 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
