Mindful Mentorship is a new members-only SMPS event in which you can meet a local client/developer to learn about their projects, expertise and teaming opportunities.
We welcome you to join Greg Yawitz, President of KEAT Properties. Greg has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 30 years. He is the developer and owner of the Price Crossing Center in Olivette, a 46,000-sf mixed use development and, as well as the developer of the Gateway Center in Olivette, currently under development. Gateway Center is planned for over 300,000-sf of retail, office and hospitality uses on over 14 acres at Olive and I-170.
We hope you are able to join us! Seating is limited to the first 20 SMPS St. Louis members who register.

Policies
Substitution Policy
Any substitution to a Member exclusive event will be charged a $100 fee.
Walk-in Policy
To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all attendees, anyone who registers after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 walk-in fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48-hours/2 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
