Interested in doing business with the federal government? Join the SAME Scott Field and St. Louis Posts and SMPS St. Louis for the 12th annual Industry Day. Representatives from a variety of federal and government agencies will present on their missions and upcoming contracting opportunities. 

Registration cost includes the Wednesday, 4/15 Agency Presentations (including breakfast and lunch) and Networking Happy Hour, and the Thursday, 4/16 half-day Agency one-on-one sessions. It does not include the Sporting Clays program on Tuesday, 4/14, which requires separate registration and payment.

INDUSTRY DAY: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 - THURSDAY, APRIL 16

Agency Briefings (4/15, 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.)
On Wednesday, April 15, representatives from the attending agencies will talk about their upcoming work programs and contracting opportunities. This full-day session will take place from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with breakfast and lunch provided to attendees. A full list of presenting agencies will be announced closer to the final date. 

Agency One-on-Ones (4/16, 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.)
On Thursday, 4/16, attendees can interact with agency representatives in small groups during a half-day session of one-on-one sessions. Invitations to book one-on-one sessions with attending agencies will open at a later date.

Cost: $200; free for government employees

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 - NETWORKING HAPPY HOUR 

Industry Day is jam packed with information, so join us the evening after Agency Presentations for a happy hour dedicated to connecting and networking.

When: 5:30-7:30 p.m. networking happy hour
Where: Dogwood Social House, 1206 Central Park Dr., O’Fallon, IL 62269

Industry Day registration includes the Wednesday, 4/15 Agency Presentations (including breakfast and lunch) and Networking Happy Hour and the Thursday, 4/16 half-day Agency one-on-one sessions. SECOND ANNUAL SAME SPORTING CLAYS EVENT (SEPARATE REGISTRATION, TUESDAY, APRIL 14)

Prepare for an adrenaline-pumping experience like no other as we invite you to our 2nd annual sporting clays event. There will be free coaching assistance for first timers, so no experience is necessary! Ear protection is required. Awards will be given to the top 4-person team, top female participant, and top male participant.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a Browning Silver Field Camo premium outdoor equipment raffle benefiting the Scott Field and St. Louis SAME Posts.

Policies

Substitution Policy
Any substitution to a Member exclusive event will be charged a $100 fee.

Walk-in Policy
To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all attendees, anyone who registers after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 walk-in fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48-hours/2 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
