It's a statement of fact that the recent cultural focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion are changing the landscape of the professional world. In a 2024 report from Culture Amp, companies whose employees report a strong corporate value of diversity have a 6.8% higher stock price than those who don't, and employees who strongly believe their companies value diversity are four times more likely to be engaged in their work than those who don't. A dedication to DEI fundamentals can have an overall positive effect on both a company's workforce and their bottom line.

This highly-anticipated follow up to our 2023 program will inspire participants to rethink their marketing strategies, emphasizing a renewed commitment to DEI principles and offering ways to bring inclusivity into their daily practices.
