SMPS invites you to join us for our annual program, 8 on 8: Lunch with a Prospective Client, where you can meet with the bi-state region’s key decision-makers. Bruce Litzsinger, PE
Assistant Director of Engineering, Planning
Bruce Litzsinger is the Assistant Director - Planning for the Engineering Department of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. In his current position, he manages a staff of 60 employees in the Planning Division. This Division is responsible for the District’s Capital Improvement Program, Wastewater and Stormwater Program Planning, Development Review and Permits, and the District’s GIS system. Bruce has 35 years of environmental experience working for utilities, and has been in management positions with the District for 25 years. He earned his M.B.A. degree from Lindenwood University, and his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Policies
Substitution Policy
Any substitution to a Member exclusive event will be charged a $100 fee.
Walk-in Policy
To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all attendees, anyone who registers after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 walk-in fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48-hours/2 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
